What's included in a clean?
A standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces in all rooms; cleaning kitchen countertops, sinks, and appliance exteriors; and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers. Additional services like deep cleaning or appliance cleaning are available for an extra fee—let us know your needs!
How much does it cost to clean my home?

What about my pets?
We love them, and we’ll treat them like our own. Your special instructions are noted on our work order so the cleaning technician will know your wishes concerning your pets.
What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean is a maintenance visit that keeps your home fresh on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis — covering dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, kitchen countertops, sinks, and bathroom sanitisation.
A deep clean is a thorough, top-to-bottom clean that goes much further. It includes everything in a regular clean plus inside appliances, behind furniture, inside cupboards, grout scrubbing, limescale removal, skirting boards, and hard-to-reach areas. It’s ideal as a one-off reset, before moving in or out, or before/after a special occasion.
At Martilla Cleaning, regular cleaning starts from £30/hr and deep cleaning from £35/hr, with a minimum booking of 2 hours.
Are the cleaning supplies included?
Yes, the cleaning supplies are typically included in our service. However, if you have specific products you’d like us to use, feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Give us 24 business hours’ notice of your change in plans and we will promptly reschedule or cancel your cleaning. Please note we are not open on the weekends. If you need to make changes to a cleaning scheduled on Monday, please contact us the Friday before.
Are you bonded and insured?
Amazing Maids offers a worry-free home cleaning service solution. Most independent maid services are not insured, which makes homeowners liable. We are fully insured, licensed, and bonded for your protection and ours. In addition, Amazing Maids pays employee payroll taxes and income taxes so you are not liable for them.
